We want you to be fully satisfied with your billiards equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all cues, cases, and accessories in original condition. Please note that custom-chalked cues or personalized items are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring cue sticks are securely fastened to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
